Position Title: Financial Analyst, FP&A

Position Summary:

This role will report to Southeast Asia and Taiwan Senior FP&A Manager, located in Singapore. Key responsibilities are supporting divisional FP&A managers, partnering with Southeast Asia and Taiwan commercial stakeholders in the region to drive profitable organic growth, running standard FP&A workstream including forecast, monthly and quarterly business review, annual operations plan, long terms strategic plan, and ad hoc analysis and projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Support SEATW financial reporting and analysis for business divisions.

  • Support divisional FP&A managers, ensure key results and timelines for forecast reviews are met. Track and analyze monthly forecasts and actuals for Revenue, Gross Margins, SG&A and profitability by Business Unit, explaining forecast movements, identifying key drivers for changes and variances, highlighting risks and opportunities and analyzing growth trends and margins.
  • Support the consolidation and reporting of P&L.
  • Build dashboards and support the centralized reporting function.
  • Coordinate and consolidate Annual Operating Plan to ensure results and timelines are met. Build templates for planning, reconciliation and review.
  • Capex Tracking
  • Forecast and budget uploads into financial reporting system.
  • Ad-hoc analysis, pricing management, financial modeling, consolidation or related duties as required.
2) Strong ability to work across the matrix
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix structure
  • Actively participate and work closely with the commercial team, to support the Commercial Leaders and regional team within SEATW.
Education, Experience and Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis and/or Accounting
  • Experience and knowledge in GL accounting is a plus
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills
  • Applied knowledge of SAP, Hyperion Financial Management, Smart View, Oracle Essbase would be an advantage
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Chinese mandarin communication is a plus
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, detailed, proactive, and meticulous.
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to prioritize.
  • Able to work under pressure, in a matrix environment
